Guggenheim Museum Bilbao, Spain.Frank Gehry, a famous architect out of L.A., has been a force in postmodern architecture for decades. His style, although Gehry claims no allegiance to any architectural movement, has been thought to be of the deconstructivism movement. Deconstructivisim is characterized by its unpredictability and controlled chaos. These characteristics are brought out by ideas of fragmentation, which stray away from the typical rectangular and square elements of architecture that are usually observed.
